<チケット予約について>

■チケット予約については、予約フォームから

①氏名(HN可能)

②チケットの種類(一般・学生以下)

③チケットの枚数

④チケット予約確認・キャンセルの為の連絡先（フリーメール可能）

を入れて送信ください。

・一度購入されたチケットは自然災害、新型コロナウイルス拡大などの不可抗力による公演中止以外は、

原則としてチケットは払い戻しは行っておりません。

・チケット予約の時点では「購入」ではありません。チケットを受け取るまでキャンセル及び枚数・種類の変更が可能です。

・予約された方は、当日チケット購入ブースにて予約氏名、枚数をお伝えください。料金はその時にお支払いください。

・チケットは全席自由席となっています。座席の指定はできません。

・新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大予防の為、入場口が混雑する場合には学生や親子優先などの優先入場などの対応を行う場合があります。

 

<チケットの値段ついて>

■チケットの基本料金は1枚当たり【一般券:2,000円(前売り1500円)】、【学生券(学生以下):500円】とさせて頂きます。

■前売り値段は「チケット予約」された方が適用されます。

■学生以下は「大学生」「高校生」「中学生」とします。小学生は含みません。

■親子チケットは保護者の値段のみとさせて頂き「小学生」以下の方は保護者同伴で無料とさせて頂きます。

■親子チケット購入されたご家族様は親子チケットにてお子様が複数人でも一般券と同じ2,000円で購入できます。

■親子チケットにて、大人が複数人いる場合は「一般料金/1人当たり」のご購入になります。

■当日券は予約状況と新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大状況により決定します。

■当日券の販売情報は楽団ホームページ、楽団公式SNS(Twitter、Facebook、Instagramなど)でお知らせします。

■本公演では複数購入による割引はありません。

 

<小学生以下、無料について>

■小学生、幼稚園・保育園、特別支援学校へ在籍の方は、招待及び事前予約に限り無料枠を設けています。

チケット予約の際に、「無料枠」にチェックを入れて申し込みください。

■安全の為、本枠による入場は一人では入場不可とさせて頂きます。また、入場の際には保護者同伴による入場をお願いしております。

■保護者の方で申し込みにて、保護者も参加される際は、大変申し訳ありませんが1名あたり「チケット料金」がかかります。

また個別で親子で申し込みされる方は「親子チケット」の申し込みをご案内しております。

■定員に達した場合や一般枠の予約数により無料枠の募集が予告なく終了させて頂く場合があります。

■招待につきましては、当団より佐賀県はじめてのまなび応援事業などでお世話になった学校などにご案内しております。

■学校長などによる団体で本枠による公演鑑賞希望の場合は、一度当団のメールにご相談ください。

 

<予約数について>

一次募集としてチケット予約枚数を「先着100名様限定」とさせて頂きます。

100名様は【一般券】と【学生券(大学生～中学生まで)】の予約者合計の数字を想定しています。

定員の50%を目安に開催を予定しておりますが、予約状況や感染症拡大状況の改善により座席の開放する場合があります。

チケット予約、招待、無料枠にてアバンセホール会場の座席数（301名）の50%(150名)を超えると予約受付締め切りとさせて頂きます。

 

<コンサートへ参加のご注意>

・コンサートの内容は主催・権利者の都合により予告なく変更する場合があります。

・特別な明記がない場合に限り、本コンサートは「エリシオン・フィルハーモニー・オーケストラ」が主体となり、各メーカー、権利者に確認し「自己責任」によって主催を行っています。従ってコンサートへ問い合わせは当楽団までお願いします。

・公演中の許諾なき写真撮影・録画・録音・SNSへのアップロードは固くお断りさせて頂きます。

・許諾なき録音・録画、SNSアップロードが行われた場合、当楽団関係者より削除要請など声かけさせて頂く場合があります。

・遅刻などにより途中入場は可能ですが、演奏中や演出の都合上途中入場出来ない時間帯があります。

・チケット購入後は公演の中止以外では払い戻しは行っておりません。

従って、遅刻や個人のご都合によって当日入場されてない場合は、チケット払い戻しは対応しませんので予めご了承ください。

 

<地域の入力について>

・地域の入力は任意ですが、感染予防で来場されたお客様の来場範囲を参考にするため、ご協力ください。

・頂いた情報は次回のコンサートの参考にします。

 

<チラシの挟み込みについて>

・当楽団では事前にパンフレット、フライヤーに作成の際に有料広告を行う為、

チラシの挟み込みは当楽団の出演者・関係者のみにさせて頂きます。

・広告募集については「Sponsor(スポンサー・後援)」にて行っています。

 

<新型コロナウイルス感染症対策について>

・ソーシャルディスタンスの対応にて、一部の座席に着席不可の席がある場合があります。

・演奏中、演奏しない休憩時間でも当団の公演に関する機材類にはお手を触れないようにお願いします。

・パンフレットは一部配布なし(予定)になる場合があります。その場合、予約いただいたお客様のみPDFで楽団パンフレット及び公演のパンフレットをご案内する場合があります。

・奏者はマスク着用で演奏します。また吹奏楽器など一部楽器は、奏法の都合で着用なしで舞台に上がることをご理解頂けますと幸いです。

・来場の皆様には「マスク着用」、「検温」のご協力をお願いします。

・感染症対策は公演日の感染拡大状況や社会の情勢により予告なく変更・追加がある場合があります。

・公演は拡大状況により中止、または延期になる場合があります。

<Ticket reservation>

■ For ticket reservation, use the reservation form

④ Please enter the contact information (free mail is available) for confirming / canceling the ticket reservation and send it.

 

・ Tickets once purchased are not refundable in principle, except for the cancellation of performances due to unavoidable force such as natural disasters and the spread of COVID-19.

・ It is not a "purchase" at the time of ticket reservation. You can cancel and change the number and type until you receive the ticket.

・ If you have made a reservation, please tell us the name of the reservation and the number of tickets at the ticket purchase booth on the day. Please pay the fee at that time.

・ Tickets are all unreserved seats. Seats cannot be specified.

 

・ In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infectious diseases, priority admission may be given to students, parents, and children when the entrance is crowded.

 

<Ticket price>

・ The basic ticket fee is [general ticket: 2000 yen (advance ticket 1500 yen)], [student ticket (student or younger): 500 yen].

・ Advance prices apply to those who have made a "ticket reservation".

・ In this concert, the definition of "Students and younger" are "university students," "high school students," and "junior high school students." Elementary school students are not included.

・ Parent-child tickets are only for parents' price, and those who are "elementary school students" or younger will be accompanied by parents for free.

・ Family members who have purchased a parent-child ticket can purchase a parent-child ticket for 2000 yen, which is the same as a general ticket, even if there are multiple children.

・ Same-day ticket sales will be decided based on the reservation status and the spread of COVID-19 infection situation.

・ Same-day ticket sales information will be announced on our website and the orchestra official SNS (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

 

・ There is no discount for multiple purchases in this concert.

 

<Free for elementary school students and younger>

・ Those who are enrolled in elementary school students, kindergartens, nursery schools, and special support schools have a free ticket only for invitations and advance reservations. Please check the "free ticket" when booking your ticket.

・ For safety reasons, entering the venue only with a child is not allowed. In addition, we ask that you be accompanied by a guardian when you enter.

・We apologize for the inconvenience, but a "ticket fee" will be charged per person when a parent or guardian applies and the parent or guardian also participates. In addition, for those who apply individually for parents and children, we recommend you to apply for a "parent and child ticket".

・ The application for a free ticket may be closed without notice depending on the number of reservations for general tickets or when the capacity is reached.

・ Regarding invitations, we will guide the schools that were taken care of by Saga Prefecture's first Manabi support project.

 

・ If you are a group of schools and wish to watch this concert, please contact us once.

 

<About the number of reservations>

As a primary recruitment, the number of ticket reservations will be limited to the first 100 people. For 100 people, the total number of reservations for [general ticket] and [student ticket (university to junior high school students)] is assumed.

We are planning to hold it with 50% of the capacity as a guide. Seats may be opened due to improvements in reservations and the spread of infectious diseases.

 

If  it exceeds 50% (150 people) of the number of seats (301 people) at the Avanse Hall venue by ticket reservation, invitation, and free frame, the reservation acceptance deadline will be closed.

 

<Notes on attending the concert>

・ The contents of the concert are subject to change without notice due to the circumstances of the organizer and the right holder.

・ Unless otherwise specified, this concert is mainly organized by the "Elysion Philharmonic Orchestra", and is sponsored at "self-responsibility" after confirming with each manufacturer and right holder. Therefore, please contact us for inquiries about this concert.

・ Unauthorized photography, video recording, recording, and uploading to SNS during the performance are strictly prohibited.

・ If you do those things without permission, we may ask you to delete it.

・ Although it is possible to enter midway due to the late. There are times when you cannot enter during the performance or due to reasons for relating the performances.

 

・ After purchasing the ticket, no refund will be given except for the cancellation of the performance. Therefore, please note that ticket refunds will not be provided whether you are admitted on the day of the event due to late arrival or personal reasons or not.

 

<About filling in the information of your residence>

・This is optional. But we need your cooperation in order to refer to the visit range of customers who came to prevent infection.

・ The information which we get will be used as a reference for the next concert.

 

<About the leaflets>

・ Since we will carry out paid advertisements when creating pamphlets and flyers in advance, the leaflets will only be inserted for the performers and related parties of the orchestra.

 

・About the advertisement recruitment, please check out the "Sponsor (sponsor / sponsor)" page.

 

<About measures against new coronavirus infectious diseases>

・ Some seats may not be available due to social distance.

・ Please do not touch the equipment related to our performance during the performance, even during break time.

・ Some pamphlets may be distributed or (planned). In that case, the orchestra pamphlet and performance pamphlet may be provided in PDF only the visitors who have made a reservation.

・ The player wears a mask when playing. In addition, we hope that making consideration about some musical instruments such as brass bands will go on stage without wearing a mask due to its playing style.

・ We ask all visitors to cooperate in "wearing a mask", "temperature measurement", and "disinfection of fingers".

・ Infectious disease countermeasures may be changed or added without notice depending on the spread of infection on the performance day and social conditions.

・ The performance may be canceled or postponed depending on the spread of infection.
