当団では05月16日（日）に佐賀県男女共同参画センター・アバンセにて行う

コンサート「Re Compose Classic 2021(リ・コンポーズ・クラシック2021)」のオーケストラ出演メンバーを募集します。

【イベント概要】

コンサート名「Re Compose Classic 2021(リ・コンポーズ・クラシック)」

会場：佐賀県立男女共同参画センター・アバンセホール

日程：2021年05月16日（日）14:00開演予定

概要：ゲーム・アニメ音楽とクラシックの共演

内容：「再開」は「再会」すること。コロナで失われつつある音楽家の日常で思ったことは、やはり音楽をすることだった。

当団の楽団員を始め九州や関東でも活躍する音楽家が集合し、九州佐賀県でゲーム・アニメ音楽のコンサートやクラシックの新曲発表を行う。

東京藝術大学、大分市出身のヴァイオリニスト=朝来桂一氏をお迎えし、更に熱い演奏家を募集しトップクラスの演奏を目指す！

 

演奏名義：エリシオン・フィルハーモニー・オーケストラ

コンサートマスター=朝来　桂一（東京藝術大学卒、大分市出身のバイオリニスト）

指揮：荒木 健志郎(作曲家)、成龙(楽団長)

※1番パートは団員及び首席奏者の参加があるため、募集を停止しおります。

※クラリネットパートは既に定員に達しているため募集はありません。

※ティンパニ奏者は既に定員に達しているため、募集はありません。

※弦楽器奏者はプルトの調整のため、偶数参加になるように募集しています。

そのため、複数応募がある場合に調整によって不参加になるパートがあります。

 

<募集条件>

・募集情報にあるパートに当てはまること

・プロ・アマチュア問わずモーツァルトやベートーベンなどの交響曲を演奏経験者優遇します。

・ゲーム・アニメや新曲の演奏に真摯に取り組み演奏頂ける方

・藝術大学及び音楽大学、または音楽科コース卒業者優遇します。

・佐賀県や福岡県、熊本、長崎など九州出身者優遇します。 

・コンサートの広報にご協力ください。

 

<リハーサル日程>

■当日：2021年05月16日（日）9:00～12:00　佐賀県生涯学習センター・アバンセホール

■コンサート前日：2021年05月15日（土）19:00～21:00　佐賀県生涯学習センター・アバンセホール

■事前リハーサル日：2021年05月09日（日）11:00～16:00　鳥栖市民文化会館・練習室3

<参加費>無料(チケットノルマなし)

  

【備考】

・楽譜はコンサート終演時にすべて回収とさせて頂きます。

・著作権及び楽譜使用権限については譲渡を意味するものではありません。練習時以外は極力使用を控えて頂き、特に他の楽団での使用を控えてください。

・譜面台や各楽器は自前、持参となります。

・出演に関わる経費（交通費、宿泊費、食費）はすべて出演者自身で負担ください。

・楽譜はGoogleドライブ共有にて配布行います。場合によっては共有用のGmailを作成頂くことがあります。また本募集は楽団員募集ではないため、終演後共有はセキュリティの都合上解除させて頂きます。

・本コンサートは当団独自の企画によるコンサートです。ゲーム・アニメや各権利者より演奏許諾を頂いて行うものであり、各メーカーや権利者による公式コンサートとは異なります。

・参加時に行政、会場、団による感染症対策に協力ください。

We are seeking orchestra performers for the concert "Re2021 (Recompose Classic 2021)" to be held at Saga Gender Equality Center Avance on May 16th (Sun) 2021.

 

Following are the details.

Concert name "Re2021 (Recompose Classic 2021)"

 

Venue: Saga Prefectural Gender Equality Center Avance Hall

Schedule: Scheduled to start at 14:00 on Sunday, May 16th, 2021

Summary: Co-starring game/anime music and classical music

 

Contents:

"Resume" means "reunion". What the musicians thought about in their daily life which is disappearing due to the COVID-19 was to play music. Musicians who are active in Kyushu and Kanto, including members of us, will gather to perform game/animation music concerts and the premiere of a new symphony in Saga, Kyushu.

 

We welcome Keiichi Asaki, from Oita City, a violinist and graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, we are seeking even hotter performers aiming for top-class performances!

 

 Performance name: Elysion Philharmonic Orchestra

Concertmaster = Keiichi Asaki (Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Violinist from Oita City)

Conductor: Kenshiro Araki (composer), Kisaragi Sai/Shinron (orchestra leader)

* Part 1 is closed because of  the participation of our orchestra members and principal players.

*In the clarinet part, there is no recruitment because the part has already reached its capacity.

* In the timpani part, there is no recruitment because the numbers of its players have already reached the capacity.

*Stringed instrument players are invited to participate in even numbers to adjust the pluto. Therefore, if there are multiple applications, there are some parts that will not be participated due to adjustment.

 

<Qualification of the recruitment >

・ apply to the part in the recruitment information

・ Preferential treatment for experienced performers of symphonies such as Mozart and Beethoven, regardless of whether professionals or amateurs.

・ Those who can earnestly work on playing games, anime, and new songs

・ Preferential treatment for graduates of art colleges and music colleges, or music department courses.

・ Preferential treatment for people from Kyushu such as Saga, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Nagasaki.

 

・The person who assures to cooperate with the public relations of the concert.

 

<Rehearsal schedule>

■ Performance day: May 16, 2021 (Sun) 9: 00-12: 00

■ The day before the concert: May 15, 2021 19: 00-21: 00

■ Rehearsal date: May 9, 2021(sun) 11:00-16:00 

*Rehearsal which is going to be held on 15th May is at Tosu Citizens' Cultural Center / Practice Room 3.

 

 Those who can participate on the above day and rehearsal day

 

<Participation fee> free (There is no quora for selling tickets.)

 

 [Remarks]

・ All scores are gathered at the end of the concert.

-Copyright and the authority to use music scores don't mean transfer. Please refrain from using it as much as possible except when practicing, especially using it in other orchestras.

・ Bring your own music score stand and each instrument by yourself.

・ The performers are responsible for all expenses related to the performance (transportation, accommodation, food).

・The scores are distributed via Google Drive. In some cases, you may be asked to create and share a Gmail for sharing. Also, this recruitment is not orchestra recruitment, we will stop the sharing after the performance.

・ This concert is a concert projected by our group. It is different from the official concerts by each manufacturer and right holder, as it is performed with the permission of the game/animation and each right holder.

・ Please cooperate with infectious diseases measures provided by the government, venue, and group when you participate.
